Our History

For many years my family have been involved in the curry industry going back to the 1970s were my grandfather opened the doors of his very first restaurant in South Wales, his legacy has continued throughout restaurants across the nation in London, Birmingham, Manchester and now in Northampton.

We’ve seen and learnt many things from the curry industry and have implemented and improved many things and now have created Baloo a gem of Indian in the heart of Northampton. We’ve kept it connected with the original feeling and tradition of India with a little touch of modern time to keep it current.
